Kind souls, please share your tips on how to make swelling go down faster 😅

Hi everyone, my name is Tan. I just had a minor procedure yesterday. My face is a bit swollen and inflamed now, which is normal. But I was wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience. Do you have any tips on how to take care of myself to reduce swelling and return to normal quickly?

Right now, I'm trying to sleep with my head elevated on pillows and using cold compresses, but I'm not sure how long I should do this or if there's anything else I should be doing, like what foods are good to eat or what to avoid during this time.
