Hello! I had a petite procedure yesterday, and now my face is a bit swollen and bruised 😅 I know it's mostly normal, but I want to be the best at taking care of myself.
Has anyone been through this? Do you have any advice? Right now, I'm using an ice pack for short periods and drinking plenty of water, but I'm not sure if there's anything else I should be doing. I'm wondering if the amount of swelling is normal and how many days it will take to subside. I've never done this before 😭
I'd love some tips on daily routines, things to avoid, and what truly helps. Please tell me! Thank you so much for sharing your experiences!

I've also experienced swelling after minor procedures, and it's definitely worrying, haha! From my experience, besides ice and drinking water, which you're already doing, sleeping with an extra pillow to elevate your head is quite helpful in reducing swelling—I noticed a difference in the morning! Hope it subsides quickly; it's usually much better within a few days 😊
