Hello, I have a question for you. I'm planning to come to Seoul from Mongolia for aesthetic procedures and I'm feeling a bit nervous about the consultation. I'm a little concerned about the language barrier. I'm thinking of just speaking English and I'm wondering if I can get documentation in my native Mongolian language.
Has anyone here had experience visiting Seoul clinics like me before? Were you able to get by with just English during your consultation, or did you need an interpreter? And has anyone been able to get their documents in Mongolian?
I think clinics that work with international clients and people coming from other countries around the world should provide the same level of service. But I'd like to hear what others have experienced in general. I'd really appreciate your help!

I totally understand your concerns! I also went to Seoul for a consultation from abroad, and language is definitely an issue. From my experience, many clinics offer English consultations, but there can be some hiccups with certain details. So I'd suggest preparing a list of your questions in advance using a translation app—it'll make things go much more smoothly. As for Mongolian documents, I haven't tried that myself, but you can ask them directly during your consultation if they can provide materials in Mongolian or translate documents for you—most internationalized clinics should be willing to help!
Same here! I'm also from outside Korea and was thinking about the same thing before heading to Seoul. From what I've read on this forum, some clinics that seem international-friendly can handle consultations in English, but it's definitely safer if you prepare your documents and technical questions clearly—maybe bring notes or chat with them beforehand. Hopefully we'll get answers from people who've already been through it!
