Hi everyone! I'm Mengju. I recently had a minor procedure done in Seoul, and the swelling and bruising are still quite noticeable. I wanted to ask if anyone else has gone through this stage?
Right now, I'm focusing on cold compresses, drinking water, and keeping my face elevated as much as possible (though it's a bit awkward, haha). But honestly, I'm not sure if there are any other daily care tips I'm missing. The medical staff gave me some educational materials, but I'd love to hear from real users – like how to quickly reduce swelling, or what foods or habits to avoid?
If you've had a similar procedure, how long did your recovery take? Are there any methods you found particularly helpful that you'd like to share? Thanks, everyone!

I totally get how you feel! I also had significant swelling and bruising after a minor procedure in Seoul, and I honestly regretted it a little at the time, haha. Cold compresses and elevation are definitely important. I also found that eating less salty food and avoiding anything too hot was quite helpful. Generally, the swelling subsides noticeably within about a week. But everyone's recovery speed is different, so I hope you see results soon!
