Hello, friends! Yesterday, I had a small procedure done in Seoul. Honestly, this is my first time getting something like this done, so I need some advice. My face is currently quite swollen, and I can see a bit of puffiness. I'm not sure how long this will last.
I'm looking for someone from Mongolia to collaborate with on a blog post. I just want to get a good understanding of how to take care of it and what's best to do. I've heard about using warm compresses or cold compresses, but I don't really understand how much is needed. Please explain what you've been doing for the past few days!
Also, I'm not sure what to avoid eating on normal days and what's good to eat. I don't know if I should avoid spicy food or if I need to take any medication. I think my swelling will go down to normal levels in about four days. Do you have any tips for a smooth recovery? I'm really eager to know!

Oh, this is my first time too! My experience is that cold compresses are really important. For the first few days, I used cold compresses along with drinking plenty of water, and the swelling went down quite quickly! But everyone's situation is different, so you'll probably feel more at ease asking your doctor. Good luck and hope you recover fast!
