Hi everyone, this is Ping. I had a minor procedure done in Seoul a couple of days ago, and my face is a bit swollen and bruised now. I'm not sure how to take good care of myself 😅
Right now, I'm just applying ice, drinking water, and trying to go to bed early, but I'm not sure if that's enough. Has anyone had a similar procedure? How long did it take for the swelling and bruising to go down? Do you have any other care tips? For example, are there any special things to pay attention to regarding diet, sleeping position, and skincare?
My doctor gave me a care guide, but I'm still a bit confused about some details. I'd like to hear from real people who have had similar experiences. Especially if I'm going out, what can I do to help the swelling go down faster? Thank you all!

I also experienced the same thing when I first arrived in Seoul, and honestly, the swelling was really panic-inducing 😅 From my experience, ice compresses and enough sleep really helped, but it did take a few days for it to completely subside, so don't worry too much if the swelling is still there!
Hello! I've also had a similar treatment. I'd like to ask if your swelling is quite noticeable now? Because I was also very swollen back then, and I later found that sleeping posture is really important. Have you tried using a higher pillow?
