Hi, this is Sakura. I recently had a minor cosmetic procedure in Seoul, but I'm experiencing more swelling and bruising than I expected...😅
The procedure itself was very simple, but I have some questions about aftercare. Right now I'm applying ice and sleeping with my face elevated, but are there any other effective care methods? Are there any foods I should be careful about, or activities I should avoid?
I usually live in Japan, so I'd really like the swelling to go down as much as possible before I return home. If anyone has had a similar experience, I'd be grateful if you could tell me how you managed. Especially how to spend the first week would be very helpful. Thank you!

I checked it out. When I had a minor procedure done at Celto last year, the swelling was quite a bit too, but the nurses there really advised me to avoid hot water and salty foods for at least the first week. It seemed to help.
