Hi, it's Ayaka. I recently had a small procedure done in Seoul, but I experienced more swelling and bruising than I expected... 😅

I know it's important to ice the area right after the procedure, but for how long and what kind of care is most effective? I'm particularly concerned because I have work, so I'd love for the swelling to go down as quickly as possible. Also, bruising disappears on its own, right? I'd like to know if there's anything I can do to help it along.

If anyone has experience with this, could you share your usual routine or any things I should avoid? I understand that everyone is different, but I'd be happy to hear any advice that might be helpful.
