When I was in Seoul, I noticed a lot of people were indeed running, especially in the mornings and evenings 🏃♀️ I've heard many people believe exercise also helps with their skin condition, but personally, I feel it's mainly about combining it with good skincare and sun protection. Is anyone else working on their skin while running?
Yeah, a lot of people are into running these days! I personally started running regularly when I was in Korea and noticed my skin became healthier, maybe because of regular exercise + consistent skincare—so it's actually great if you want to maintain your appearance while living a healthy lifestyle :)
I feel the same way! Every morning and evening, I see people running all over the park, and even on the streets. It seems like Koreans really care a lot about their health and appearance, so running has also become a trend for staying in shape.
