Hi everyone! My name is Ploy. I just had a small procedure done in Korea yesterday, and right now I'm experiencing quite a bit of swelling and bleeding. I know it's normal during the recovery phase, but I'd love to chat one-on-one with those of you who've been through the same thing.

I'm currently quite far from home, so I want to make sure I'm taking care of myself properly. The swelling is making my face look a bit puffy, like I've been displaced 😅 The clinic team told me to ice it and avoid certain foods, but I'd really like to hear from those of you who've experienced this too. Has anyone done the same procedure? How many days did recovery take before you started seeing improvement?

It feels like I just need to be patient and deal with things on my own for a few days. I'd really appreciate some tips and tricks from you experienced folks. Thank you so much in advance! 🙏
