Hi everyone! I'm Wen. I recently had a small procedure done in Seoul, and my face is a bit swollen and bruised, so I'm a little nervous, haha. I know recovery takes time, but I'd like to ask how everyone takes care of their skin?
The doctor gave me some basic advice, but I'd like to hear from other people who have had similar procedures in Korea. For example, how long should I apply cold compresses? When can I start applying warm compresses? Are there any dietary restrictions? Right now, I'm basically just applying ice, drinking water, and trying to go to bed early, but I'm not sure if that's enough.
Also, how long does it usually take for the swelling and bruising to go down? I've heard that everyone's recovery speed is different, but it would be great if I had a general timeline. Has anyone used any special methods or products to help with recovery? I'm not asking for medical advice, I just want to know everyone's daily skincare tips.
Please share your experiences, thank you!
