Hey everyone! So I just got back to my hotel after a minor aesthetic procedure here in Korea, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to manage the swelling and some light bruising. This is my first time doing something like this while traveling, so I'm kind of flying blind with aftercare.
I've been icing on and off, keeping my head elevated, and trying to stay hydrated, but I'm wondering if there's anything else I should be doing? Like, is there a specific routine that people usually follow in the first few days? I'm also curious about what to eat or avoid — has anyone noticed that certain foods or activities made their recovery smoother or longer?
Also, how long did mild swelling typically take for you guys to go down? I'm not panicking or anything, just want to be realistic about when I can actually go out and enjoy Seoul without looking too puffy 😅 Any general tips from people who've been through this would be super helpful! Thanks in advance!

Wow, your current care routine sounds so comprehensive! Ice packs, elevating your head, drinking water—I've seen many people do this. I'm also considering coming to Korea for a simple treatment, and seeing your sharing makes me feel more at ease. It doesn't seem as complicated as I imagined. I look forward to hearing your updates in a few days!
