I work out almost every day, but I'm considering breast surgery. I follow a diet and exercise, but my breasts just aren't getting bigger. I've personally experienced that there's a limit to what can be achieved through exercise alone. So, I'm looking into surgery, but my biggest concern is my workout routine. I heard that you can't do upper body exercises for a while after surgery, but I have no idea how long I'll need to rest. I'm thinking about Mentor Boost implants, and I became interested after reading reviews for Fore Plastic Surgery. I'm wondering if it's suitable for someone who works out regularly, and I'm also worried about whether starting chest exercises again will affect the implants. If anyone has had breast surgery while working out, please let me know about the recovery timing and precautions!

After just a month, everything is possible except for the chest!
I was thinking of doing it before summer comes, too, but finding a hospital is such a hassle.
I took a break from working out for about a month and started again from light exercises. I increased the intensity of chest and arm exercises a bit more slowly, and I found it better to be careful because swelling can occur if you push yourself too hard.
