It has been quite some time since my breast surgery, but I am seriously considering implant removal due to health and aftercare concerns.

I have made up my mind, but I am worried about whether my breasts will return to their original shape after removal, or if the sagging will be severe.

Is there anyone who has recently had implants removed who can share tips regarding recovery time or post-operative care?
