Breast implant removal hematoma

A year ago, I had my breast implants removed and was doing fine until recently when I felt discomfort. Upon visiting the clinic, it was found that seroma had accumulated, so it was aspirated with a syringe. Out of concern, I also had inflammation and bacterial tests done, which came back normal. However, during the aspiration process, it seems bleeding occurred internally, and blood filled the pocket space where the implants were removed, as if a small implant had been reinserted. Initially, the hematoma was clotted like blood sausage and couldn't be aspirated, so I returned three weeks later, and most of it was aspirated with a syringe. However, a small amount of blood still remains, and although I wanted it all removed, my doctor advised against further probing, as it could cause more bleeding. He suggested letting the remaining small amount be naturally absorbed. Currently, the swelling from the hematoma is not visible to the naked eye, and it feels slightly fluid-filled when touched. Will this small amount naturally absorb? Also, I'm curious about how long it usually takes for it to be absorbed. It's been almost two weeks since the aspiration, but the amount has only slightly decreased, and it still feels fluid-filled when I touch it, which worries me a lot...
