미체에🇰🇷

I really need to succeed at my diet this year. Every time I make up my mind to start, I can't stick with it for long, or I lose a little weight only to gain it back. So this time, I want to do it properly.
I was thinking of just starting with a diet and exercise right away, but I've seen people these days getting functional medicine tests to assess their body condition before beginning. I'm also considering stem cell therapy. Wouldn't boosting my immunity help with my diet?
I don't have any major health issues, but I feel like the weight just isn't coming off, and I have a lot of tired days. Would getting tested first help me figure out the right direction?

I received the treatment at Cellora, and it was helpful. It felt less daunting to start after identifying what I was lacking, rather than just blindly starving myself. However, simply getting tested doesn't guarantee weight loss; you ultimately have to manage your diet and health. Haha. I went to get stem cells and had the functional medicine test done at the same time, and both were good.
Thank you for the information.
Oh, I see there are tests like this these days.
I saw it on Instagram and it looked pretty good.
