Hi, this is Honoka. I'm thinking about getting beauty treatments in Korea, but honestly, I'm not very good at Korean, so reading review sites is difficult.
I see reviews in Japanese and English too, but it's hard to tell which information is truly reliable... How do you all read reviews? In particular, I'd like to know if there are any suspicious writing styles or points to be careful about.
For example, I'm wondering if I should avoid reviews with heavily edited photos or those that make overly strong promises about results. Also, I'd like to hear any tips for consulting in person. How can I communicate properly even if my Korean isn't perfect...?
Is there anyone else with the same problem? I'd love to hear about your experiences.

I feel the same way! Reading reviews in Korean is really difficult when your Korean isn't a strong language. I usually try to look at English or Japanese reviews for comparison, and I try to ask direct, specific questions during consultations, even though my Korean isn't perfect – the clinic staff usually understand my intentions. Have you tried using Google Translate while researching?
