Hello, friends! My name is Ariun from Mongolia. I am planning to go to Seoul later this year for a medical checkup. But one thing is very worrying — how does the language work during the consultation? Are you able to communicate in English, or do you need an interpreter?
Is there anyone who can speak Mongolian? Or I heard that doctors and practicing specialists can understand each other in simple English. What is your experience with this? I know it sounds like a very common question, but I wanted to get some information.
If you haven’t talked to anyone about this, it would be great. Good luck!

Hello! I'm a little curious - did you try contacting the clinic before going to find out if there was an interpreter who spoke Mongolian or even Arabic? Because I heard that some places in Seoul arrange interpreters in advance.
I'm also considering going to Seoul for a checkup! I've heard many clinics offer English services, but I'm hesitant about whether to hire a translator beforehand or write down my symptoms in advance, which should make communication smoother. I'd love to hear everyone's experiences!
