Hey everyone! So I'm flying to Korea next week for some treatments and I'm trying to figure out what to bring for recovery. I know I'll probably need cooling masks and maybe some silicone scar sheets, but I'm honestly not sure what's actually worth packing vs. what I can just grab there.
Has anyone done treatments while traveling and brought their own aftercare products? I'm thinking about grabbing some soothing gel and cooling masks from home, but I don't want to overpack if Korean pharmacies have better options anyway. Also curious if you found certain products way more helpful than others during healing.
Plus, I'm trying to figure out if it's better to just buy everything there since I'll be staying a few weeks. Would love to hear what worked for you! Did you regret not bringing anything specific, or did local stuff end up being perfect?

I'm also considering this! How many weeks are you planning to stay? I was thinking, the longer I stay, the more I should buy locally to pack lighter.
