Hello everyone! I'm Ratna from Indonesia, and I'm planning to get aesthetic treatments in Korea next year. But honestly, I'm a bit nervous about finding a safe and trustworthy clinic 😅
What I really want to know is, how do you all find good clinics? Is it better to go for a consultation in person, or can it be done online first? And most importantly for me, what about the language barrier? Do clinics there usually have staff who can speak Indonesian or at least good English?
Has anyone used an interpreter or translator? Is it worth it, or does it just add hassle? I'm afraid of miscommunication about what I want, and then the results not meeting my expectations. Please share your experiences, especially if you're also from Indonesia 🙏

I totally understand your worries! I'm also a foreigner, and I was really nervous when I first started looking for a hospital. My experience is to first contact them via email or online consultation in China to see if they have English-speaking staff. Then, it's best to go in person for a consultation. This way, you can directly see the hospital environment and communicate your ideas more clearly with the doctor. Regarding translators, if the hospital's English is good, you might not necessarily need one. But if you feel uneasy, you can always bring a translation app to help 😊
