How to care for swelling and bruising after a minor procedure? Seeking advice from those with experience.

Hi everyone! I'm Yi. I had a very minor procedure done in Seoul the day before yesterday, and now my face is a bit swollen and bruised. I'm a little worried about the recovery time. I know this is normal, but I'd love to hear how everyone else takes care of themselves.

Right now, I'm mainly doing cold compresses and keeping my face clean, and I'm also trying to move my face as little as possible. But I'm not sure what else I should pay attention to besides this — for example, whether I should specifically avoid certain activities, or what products might be better to use. Have any of you had similar procedures done? How long did your swelling typically take to go down?

Also, I wanted to ask if anyone has any daily care tips, like diet or sleeping positions. This is my first time having this kind of procedure done in Korea, and I'm a bit lost. I'd really appreciate any help you can offer!
