Hi everyone! I'm Tiara from Indonesia. I just had a minor procedure here and am currently recovering. The swelling and bruising are still visible, and honestly, I'm a bit worried about how to properly manage it without making it worse.
I wanted to ask those of you who have been through something similar—do you have any tips or daily routines that help reduce the swelling? I've heard that cold compresses are important in the first few days, but I'm not sure how long or how often. What about daily activities? Do I need to rest completely or can I start with light exercise?
Also, I wanted to ask if anyone knows a safe way to cover up bruises when leaving the house? I'm still a bit shy, hehe. I'd love to share my experiences and tips with you guys here. Thank you! 💛

Hi Tiara! I hope you're doing well! I have a question about cold compresses. How many days after the procedure did you continue using them? I have a similar problem, so I'd love to hear about your experience. 😊
I've been through this too. Applying a cold compress for an extended period really helps, but you have to gauge how it feels on your own. On the first day, try applying it for an hour or two, and then it will get much better. As for going outside, try wearing large sunglasses and a hat with side scuffs; it helps a lot. 😊
Hi Tiara! I also had a similar minor procedure done in Korea, and I was recently bothered by swelling and bruising. I think cold compresses do help, but it's best to ask your doctor about the specific frequency. Regarding covering bruises, I've seen many people use concealer and foundation, and the results are pretty good. You could try it too!
