Lately, even if I get enough sleep, there are hardly any days when I wake up feeling refreshed in the morning. My body feels heavy, and my neck and shoulders are constantly stiff, to the point where I wonder if I even slept properly. I thought it might be due to a lack of exercise, but even when I move around, I don't feel much improvement. Has anyone else experienced something like this?

I was exactly the same, but after switching to the Sunihome cervical pillow, the feeling in the morning definitely changed.
Since there is a point that supports the neck, I felt like my posture didn't collapse as much while I was sleeping.
