Hello, my name is Mint. I'd like to ask about the language used when consulting for plastic surgery at Cell. I'm planning to go at the end of this month, but I'm still worried because I don't understand Korean at all 😅
I'm wondering if I can just speak English? Or will there be a translator/interpreter? How are most consultation programs conducted? I've heard that some clinics have managers or translators who are members, but I'm not sure if that's true and if there are any additional costs.
Does anyone have experience with this? Especially Thai people who have consulted there before, could you please share your experience? How did you communicate with the nurses/specialists? Thank you in advance!

I had the same worry too 😅 It seems like many clinics have English-speaking staff, so I think it's best to confirm language support by phone or email beforehand to put your mind at ease. In my case, when I booked my appointment, I just said "English, please," and the staff member was able to assist me on the day. Good luck!
