Hello everyone! I'm Nomin from Mongolia. I'm currently working on a profile in South Korea, but I'm having trouble reading the comments. I don't speak Korean very well, so I can't really understand most of the recent comments on the internet. How do you guys judge these online reviews?
Also, can you tell the difference between good reviews and fake reviews? For example, I'm getting annoyed by comments that are too good or too bad. Listen to this group's opinion on which ones need to be annoyed! What are the red flags for foreigners?

I understand how you feel! When I read beauty reviews in Korea, I also find that overly exaggerated or extremely negative reviews are usually unreliable. I now generally look at reviews with moderate ratings because people's real experiences are usually more objective. I suggest you try reading it with a translation tool first, and then confirm the key information with a local friend. This will give you more peace of mind!
I have the same problem! Korean comments can be really hard to tell if they're true or false, and I'm learning how to distinguish which comments are more credible. You're not alone; many international users are trying to adapt to this.
Have you tried using Google Translate or any other translation app to read Korean comments? I'm having a similar problem and I'm curious what the most effective way is to distinguish between real and fake reviews.
