Since undergoing spinal surgery, I have experienced more changes and discomfort than I expected. In particular, maintaining strength in my lower back and keeping my posture is not as easy as I thought. I am even cautious when walking or sitting in daily life, so I am curious to know what difficulties others who have had similar experiences faced. I hope that sharing our stories can be of at least some help to one another.
