Hi, this is Yuka. Last week I had a minor cosmetic procedure, but I'm experiencing more swelling and bruising than I expected...😅 Since it's my first time, I'm worried about how long it will last and what I can do to make it go down faster.

I'd really appreciate any advice on post-procedure care, including methods you've tried and any recommended ways to manage it. I know that applying ice is good, but how long should I do it, and are there any other precautions I should take? Also, when can I start wearing makeup again...? I have work-related meetings planned.😭
