Hi everyone, I'm Ha from Vietnam. I'm planning to go to Seoul for a consultation about beauty treatments, but I'm a bit worried about the communication issue :(( My English isn't very good, I can only speak a little basic English. I want to know if English is enough to communicate with doctors/staff at the clinics there, or if I should prepare something else?
I've heard that some places have Vietnamese-speaking staff or offer translation services, but I'm not sure how widely available that is. Has anyone here experienced this before? What should I prepare to make communication smoother? Thank you so much everyone!

Oh, I was in the same situation! Clinics in Seoul often have staff who speak multiple languages, but not everywhere. I've heard that bringing an interpreter or having a translation app on hand can be really helpful!
Hello! I'm also a foreigner, so I understand how challenging it can be to communicate with hospitals in Seoul. I've heard that there are some hospitals with international services or translation services available, but it would be a good idea to call ahead before visiting to ask if they have interpreters!
Have you looked into which clinics offer Vietnamese language support or interpretation services? I'm also concerned about communication, so I'd like to know what you've prepared to feel more confident during your consultation.
