Hi everyone! I just had a minor procedure yesterday and am currently dealing with some swelling and bruising. I'm still a bit unsure about the best way to care for it afterward, as this is my first time trying this in Korea.
So far, I've been trying to sleep with a raised pillow and use a cold compress, but I'm curious what others are doing. Can anyone give me any tips on a daily routine that helps reduce swelling? Especially for everyday activities like skincare and makeup.
I'm also curious about how long it usually takes for bruises to disappear and when people can return to their normal routines. I've seen some friends recover quickly, but others take longer. Maybe it depends on each person's body, right?
Thanks if anyone would share their experiences or tips! Really appreciate it 💕

Excuse me, you mentioned this is your first time having surgery in Korea, right? Based on your experience, did the doctor give you detailed instructions on aftercare, or did you have to do your own research? 😊
Oh my god, I was also considering doing a similar project! Your sharing was really helpful! I've noted down your methods, like using a high pillow and cold compresses. I hope your swelling and bruising go down quickly! 💕
Reading this post, I can relate because I've had a similar experience 😅 Sleeping with a high pillow and applying ice packs really help, but tolerance for swelling and bleeding is crucial because everyone is different. I hope you recover quickly! 💕
