Hi everyone, I'm Thanh, and I just had a minor facial contouring procedure done here. Now my cheeks are quite swollen and bruised, and I'm a little worried about how to properly care for them. Do any of you have experience with this situation? Could you share some tips on how to recover quickly?
I've heard that I need to avoid sunlight, not touch the incision, and drink plenty of water... but I'm still not sure whether I should use cold or warm compresses, how long I should apply them, or how long it will take for the swelling to go away.
