Hi everyone, my name is Pat. I recently had a minor beauty procedure done at a beauty clinic. On the first day after, it's more swollen and red than I expected. I'm not upset, but I'd like to know if anyone who's been through this has any really helpful aftercare tips.
I'm following the instructions and trying to get enough sleep, but I'm unsure if I should keep my head elevated all the time or if it's okay to stay seated normally. Also, should I use ice throughout the day or just for the first few hours after the procedure? I'd love to hear from those who have done this before.
I'm pretty happy with my decision, but I'm waiting to see how much the swelling subsides in a week or two. Thanks in advance for all your tips and experiences!

Oh, regarding this Symptom, did you check what advice the clinic gave you? Because every place might have different care methods. Also, I'd like to know if there was a significant improvement after the first week.
