Hi everyone, I'm Linh. I just had a minor procedure done in Seoul and am now in the recovery phase. I'm experiencing some swelling and bruising, and I'm a bit worried, so I wanted to ask if anyone else has gone through something similar.
I'm trying to figure out the best way to care for myself post-procedure. Does anyone have any practical tips? For example, what should I do to reduce swelling, or are there things I should avoid in the first few days? I'm unsure whether to use cold or warm compresses, or if I can resume normal physical activity.
Thanks in advance to anyone who has experience and is willing to share! I understand that everyone's experience is different, but I'd love to hear from those who have been through it to feel more confident during my recovery.

Hey Lin! I also just finished a minor procedure in Seoul a few months ago and totally understand the anxiety, especially being far from home. It's best to follow the instructions from the clinic where you are, as they know the specifics of your procedure — but from my experience, I usually rested more and avoided strenuous activities for a few days, and just asked them directly about the right cold/warm compress for your case!
Lin here. I really sympathize with you about the swelling and bruising. I'm thinking of trying the same thing because I truly want to see results, but I'm a bit hesitant about the aftercare. I usually have the same kind of uncertain questions as you. I hope someone will share their experiences to give us some reassurance about healing. 😊
Hello Ms. Lin! I'm also considering a similar minor procedure, and seeing your sharing has given me more confidence 😊 I hope your swelling and bruising subside quickly, and I look forward to your updates on your recovery progress!
