How should I care for myself after getting microbladding? Looking for advice from experienced people

Hi, I'm Best. I just had a minor procedure done here in Korea yesterday, and now my face is a bit swollen with some slight redness, which is normal for this kind of thing. But I'm not sure how to take care of it to make it heal as quickly as possible.

Has anyone gone through this before? Can you tell me what you did in those first few days after the procedure to reduce swelling and redness? I'm wondering if I should use ice or some other specific products that might help. And what should I avoid during this time? Like sun exposure, exercise, or eating certain foods?
