I honestly wasn't planning on dieting this summer, haha. I always fail and just get stressed out... But then I tried on my vacation clothes and got shocked. The shorts that fit last year stopped right at my thighs. I have plans to go to a water park with friends, and I just can't give up taking photos, haha. So, I decided to try something urgently and looked into Chaebihwan. There were a lot of reviews, so I just went ahead and started.
I'm usually the type who gets really bloated and puffy after dinner, but after a few days, my body felt a bit lighter in the mornings.
Rather than feeling like I was losing weight dramatically all at once, I think the biggest factor was that I started snacking less and craving late-night snacks less.
So, naturally, I ended up eating less.
It's been almost three weeks now, and I've lost about 4kg. The part I'm most satisfied with is my waistline... haha. I used to feel self-conscious wearing tight-fitting clothes, but now I feel less self-conscious. Just thinking about taking vacation photos suddenly gives me motivation, haha.
But aren't there a lot of people like me who are in a rush because their vacation is coming up soon? Is it really possible to lose 5kg in a month? lol. For now, I'm satisfied...
