Hello! I recently had a minor procedure done and I'm a bit concerned about some redness and blistering. On the first day after the procedure, even though I was using cold compresses at home, I woke up with swelling in the morning. I've heard this is normal, but I'd love to hear if there are any specific conditions or methods to manage it.
So far, I've been doing the following: drinking enough water, being gentle when washing my face, and avoiding sun exposure. Although I'm not a medical professional, it feels like a small setback. I know everyone's body reacts differently, but do any of you have any good tips or advice? I'm curious to hear about anyone's recovery process or if they experienced similar issues.
I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through this. Thank you so much!

You're brave! I'm also thinking of getting a similar procedure soon, so reading about your experience was reassuring. Everything you're saying about the swelling and bruising is normal, and I see you're handling it smartly with water and gentle care. Could you tell me after how many days you started feeling better? 🤔
I also went through the same experience after the procedure! The swelling and bruising are really tougher than expected, but honestly, after a week or two, it was much better. I don't know if fasting helps because I haven't tried it, but drinking water and gentle care really seem to be the essential things they recommend here. Are you feeling better now?
