Hello, my name is Earn and I'm from Thailand. I just had a minor procedure in Seoul a few days ago. Is it normal to have slight swelling and bruising? I'd love for those who have had similar procedures to share their experiences on how to take care of myself during this time 😅
Right now, I'm trying to stay home as much as possible and avoid going out too much. I've been using ice packs about 3-4 times a day and trying to sleep with my head elevated to help reduce swelling faster. However, I'm still unsure about what products to use for care during this period. Should I avoid hot things and salty foods? How often should I drink water? Does anyone have any other tips?
I'd appreciate any advice from those who know. Thank you in advance! 🤍

I feel for you! I'm in the same boat right now. But what helped me the most was trying to stay home and sleeping with my head elevated, just like you're doing. Avoiding hot foods and salty snacks really does help, but the most important thing is to follow the advice of your doctor. Everyone recovers differently, so please ask them too! 😊
Earn-san, great work! I'm considering a similar procedure myself, so this post is incredibly helpful 😊 It seems like swelling and a bit of bleeding are common experiences. Icing and sleeping with your head elevated sound like good ideas... I'll remember those too!
