Does anyone have experience with post-procedure care for minor procedures?

Hi everyone, I'm Huong from Vietnam. I just had a fairly simple beauty procedure here, but now I have some swelling and bruising, and I'm not sure what the best way to care for it is.

I'm wondering if anyone in the community has experienced something similar? What do you usually do to reduce swelling? I've heard that using ice packs is good in the first few days, but I'm not sure how long or how often is appropriate.

Also, I'd like to know the normal recovery time. I have plans to meet friends next week and hope the swelling will be gone by then. Any general advice or personal experience would be very helpful! Thank you all so much.
