Do any of you have experience with post-procedure care for minor procedures? I need some advice!

Hi everyone! My name is Tuyen, and I had a minor procedure in Seoul a few days ago. I'm experiencing some swelling and bruising now. I've heard a lot about post-procedure care, but I'm still a little worried because it's my first time. Can you share your experiences on how to reduce swelling and bruising? What should I do this week?

I'm trying to stick to the basics like drinking plenty of water, avoiding alcohol, and trying not to touch the area too much. But I'm really not sure if there are any other tips I should know. Some of my friends say that hot and cold might help, but I'd like to hear from those who have been through it. How long did it take for your swelling to go down? And is there anything you regret not doing right?
