Hello everyone! My name is Aaryun, from Mongolia. I recently had a minor surgery in Seoul and am currently in the process of having a hysterectomy. This is the first time I have had my hysterectomy, so I am a little confused about how to proceed.
I have a few minor scars around my scrotum. I have been using cold compresses and active mobilization, and this has helped. But I have people who know me well - what next steps can you recommend? What works well for a swollen face? Do you have any idea how long it takes for the swelling to subside?

I'm also a foreigner in Seoul and had a similar experience, so I really understand that uncertainty! Cold compresses do help; that's how I recovered. However, everyone's situation seems to be different, so patience is probably the most important thing. I hope you'll feel a significant improvement soon!
