Hi, my name is View. I just had a breast pump procedure today, and I'm quite swollen and bruised. I'm currently at home trying to take care of myself, but I'm not sure how long it will take to recover.

Has anyone had this done before? Could you recommend any places or post-operative care tips? I usually use ice, but I'd like to know what other precautions I should take and what kind of sleeping position is best. Does anyone have experience with self-care after this procedure? Any advice from a professional or someone who has personally experienced the changes would be helpful.
