Hi, I'm Eika. I recently had a minor cosmetic procedure done in Korea, but I ended up with more swelling and bruising than I expected…😅 I'm not sure how to care for it now that I'm back in Japan.

I've heard that it's important to ice it right after the procedure, but I'm wondering what the routine should be like after that? Like, when should I start warming it, when can I start wearing makeup, that sort of thing. Also, is there anything you do to help the bruising go down faster?

If anyone here has experience with this, I'd love to hear about how long it actually took for things to settle down, or what you were careful about in your daily life. I'm not looking for medical advice or anything—just personal experiences would be great. I'm really hoping to hear from people who've gone through something similar😊
