Hi everyone! I had a minor procedure done in Seoul yesterday, and the swelling and bruising are quite noticeable, which worries me. I'd like to ask how you all usually manage post-operative recovery, especially regarding swelling and bruising? Any everyday tips?
Right now, I'm mainly using ice packs and elevating my head while sleeping, but I'm unsure what else I should be careful about. I've heard some people have special aftercare, but I'm not entirely sure what that entails. Could any of you ladies share your experiences? For example, when can I wear makeup, what should I eat, and what activities should I avoid?
This is my first time having a procedure here, and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed (laughs). I hope to learn some practical recovery advice from everyone. It doesn't have to be professional; just real experiences would be very helpful! Thank you all!

I'm also considering similar treatments, and seeing your sharing makes me feel much more at ease! The ice packs and head elevation you're using sound right. Good luck with your recovery, and I look forward to your future updates! 😊
I've also been thinking about trying a similar procedure in Seoul, so reading your post has been really helpful! I hope the swelling goes down quickly. It seems like your ice and elevated head position strategy worked well. Hopefully, people here will share their experiences so we can both feel more at ease, hehe.
Oh, I hear you! It's nice to let my morning face wash blow a little, and over time, the dryness starts to diminish. My doctor previously told me to use a cleansing face wash, so it's best not to use too much makeup at this stage.
