Hey everyone! So I just had a minor aesthetic procedure done here in Korea a couple days ago, and I'm dealing with some pretty typical swelling and bruising. I'm trying to figure out the best way to manage it while I'm still traveling.

I've been doing the basic stuff like cold compresses and keeping my head elevated when I can, but I'm wondering if anyone has other tips that actually worked for them? Like, how long did your swelling usually last? Did you find certain products or routines that helped? I'm trying to be patient with the process but also want to feel somewhat normal before I head back home, haha.

Also curious—did anyone else find it harder to take care of themselves properly while traveling after a procedure? I feel like being in a hotel makes everything a bit trickier. Would love to hear what worked for you guys! TIA 💙
