It's been a few days since I returned to Japan, and there's still a little swelling. I'm curious about how everyone else handles post-procedure care. I'm not sure whether it's better to apply cold or heat, or when I can resume my skincare routine. Also, does anyone know any tips for making bruises disappear faster?

Please let me know if there's anything I should be mindful of even after returning to Japan, or any precautions I should take in my daily life. I'm really eager to know what kind of care routines everyone follows during these times... If you have any experience with this, please share your advice!
