I had a minor procedure done in Seoul yesterday and my face is still a little swollen and bruised. It's my first time doing this, so I'm a bit worried and don't know the basic aftercare steps. Could anyone who's had this done before please guide me? I want the recovery process to be as quick as possible.
Currently, I'm mainly trying to apply ice packs around the area, keep my head elevated while sleeping, and avoid direct sunlight. But I'm not sure if there are any other steps, or what I should use to reduce bruising? And how long does it usually take for the swelling to go away? I heard that people who haven't had it done before are fine after a few days, but I'm still a bit worried.
Anyone with experience, please share your advice with me! I'd really appreciate it! I'm following the doctor's instructions exactly, but I'd like to hear more from those who have had it done.

I went through the same thing as you, and keeping your head elevated while sleeping and applying cold compresses are really important! In addition, I drank plenty of water and avoided salty foods for the first few days, which seemed to help reduce swelling faster, but I guess it varies from person to person. Just follow your doctor's advice; that's the most important thing 💪
