Hi! My name is Beam. I'm planning a small procedure right now, but I already have a flight scheduled. I'm confused about what I need to prepare for managing swelling and puffiness during the trip 😅
I'm wondering how long the swelling usually lasts, and if anyone with experience has any recommended skincare products? What products should I bring when traveling? Are there any special guidelines regarding sleep or diet? I'm worried about making the swelling worse on the plane 😭
Has anyone been through this before? Could you please share some tips? Thank you so much!

Hi Bim, I hope you're doing well! I've had a similar experience, so I totally understand how you feel 😅 It seems like it's especially important to be careful about salt intake and dehydration on airplanes. I brought compression socks and made sure to drink water frequently during the flight, and it was easier than I expected. I think it's a good idea to ask for advice from other people too!
I've had a similar experience! My advice is to start drinking plenty of water a few days before departure, avoid overly salty foods during the flight, and bring a cool eye mask or a cold towel to use on the plane—it really makes you feel more comfortable 😊
Bim, I totally understand how you feel! I've had a similar experience, and getting a treatment before boarding a plane is really nerve-wracking, isn't it?😅 In my case, after the treatment, I made sure to drink warm tea rather than cold drinks, and during the flight I moved my legs around and wore compression socks. I'd love to hear other people's experiences too, so it would be great if we could gather information here!
Oh my god, I totally understand your worries! I also booked my flight before my treatment, and I was so nervous before the flight about whether I'd be so swollen I wouldn't be able to show my face in public 😅 My experience is that drinking plenty of water, applying cold compresses, and sleeping with your head elevated really make a difference. I also made sure not to eat anything too salty on the plane. I hope your treatment goes smoothly, and let's cheer each other on!
