Hey everyone! I just had a small aesthetic procedure done here in Seoul and I'm in that fun phase where my face is a little puffy and has some bruising. Nothing scary, just the normal stuff that comes with these things, but I'm definitely learning as I go.
I've been trying to keep up with ice, elevation when I'm resting, and drinking tons of water, but I'm curious what's worked for other people? Like, how long did it actually take before you felt back to normal? And are there any everyday things you wish you'd known to avoid during recovery?
Also — and this might be random — but has anyone had luck with certain fabric types for compression or just general comfort while healing? I'm trying not to overthink this, but also want to take care of myself properly while I'm here.
Would love to hear from anyone who's been through something similar! What was your go-to recovery routine?

Wow, I have the same issue now 😅 I actually thought about your question about compression clothes. Did you notice a difference in swelling when you wear something a little tight, or is it not that important at first?
