Hi! I recently had a minor procedure done in Korea, and now I have a lot of swelling and bruising. 😅 This is my first time doing this, so I'm not sure how to take care of myself.
Could anyone who has had this done before share their experience? For example, what should I do in the first week after the procedure? Sleeping, washing my face, sun exposure, etc. I'm trying to keep my head elevated and using ice packs, but I'm not sure if that's enough, or if there's anything else I should know.
Anyway, I understand that everyone's experience might be different, and healing times may vary. I'd really appreciate hearing from those who received advice from the care team. Thank you! 💕

Hi! I'm curious, how long did it take for your swelling and bruising to start going down? It's my first time too and I'm really nervous about seeing my face, hehe 😅
I get it, the first week is really hard🙁 I noticed the same thing in my first few days. It seems like what you did was good—holding your head up high and moving around is a good activity. Ask around for feedback, but always do it as directed by your doctor!
