How do foreigners view Korean comments? What red flags should you watch out for?

Hi everyone, I'm Shu-ting from Taiwan. I've been thinking about getting some medical aesthetic procedures done in Korea lately, but honestly my Korean isn't great, and I literally can't understand the clinic reviews and patient experiences on those websites... Has anyone else had this same problem?

My biggest issue right now is that translation software sometimes gives me weird translations, and I can't tell which reviews are genuine or which ones the clinic might have written themselves. Can anyone share how to spot which clinic reviews are actually trustworthy? Or what red flags should I watch out for? Like a bunch of reviews that are suspiciously perfect, or ones with oddly phrased wording?
