How do you all manage swelling and bruising after minor procedures?

Hi, this is Haruka. I had a minor cosmetic procedure in Seoul last week, but I ended up with more swelling and bruising than expected...😅 I'm currently at home monitoring it, but how do you all manage this kind of situation?

I'm really unsure about things like whether to apply cold or warm compresses for the first few days after the procedure, and what foods to be careful about. I've looked it up online, but there's so much conflicting information, and I'm not sure what the actual best approach is. Also, when did you resume wearing makeup? Right now, I just want to hide it! (lol)

I'd love any advice from anyone who's had a similar experience. I know it's inevitable that recovery will take time, so I'm trying not to rush the process.
